All clients have the ability to create a private staff portal at no additional cost. For some this means the ability to centralize all documents, such as HR forms, eliminating the need for each employee to keep their own copies. Others use the portal during budgeting season as a place for departments to submit and revise their numbers. Staff portals have also been used as a place for all to view upcoming schedules; one example would be Volunteer Fire Departments.
How you use it is up to you but there is no limit to the number of pages and files. The intranet is password protected; most will have read-only access but you decide who can edit the content.
